Marriage Relationships

Using information from John Gottman's Seven Principles for Making Marriage Last, this presentation is wonderful for offering understanding for helping marriages in crisis as well as marriages that need strengthening. The presentation puts immediate helpful tools in the hands of the leaders.

Proactive Parenting

This presentation involves nurturing children through healthy parenting. It covers the attachment needs of children and teens. There is wonderful insight as to how to understand relational needs in the family.

Pornography Addiction

This presentation is done as a 6 hour work shop but can be condensed to a 1–2 hour introduction training. We have been told by pastors and leaders that this is one of the most helpful presentations. The presentation includes information about what causes pornography/sexual addiction, intervention strategies, and additional resources.

Resilience is a trait we all share, it is just a matter of knowing how to recognize the richness of our resources. This is an excellent presentation for leaders who are interested in putting together well–equipped teams. There is more effectiveness in efforts to helping people when we know how to find the hidden gifts and talents within them.

Helping Skills: The Basics

This presentation covers basic counseling skills. We teach techniques for listening and building relationship with the person in need. We talk about how to find resources, what to do in a crisis, how to know when to refer . . . and more. This presentation is full of useful information
